Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions set out below and our privacy policy together constitute the legal agreement between you the Customer and AEM Academy Limited relating to the provision of training courses.

Acceptance of course purchases

UK Training (Worldwide) Limited has the right to not accept a course purchase.

If a purchase is made through the AppliedEmotionalMastery.com website, you will receive an automatic email confirming we have received your purchase request, followed by the course-material according to the particular course description you have purchased. All purchases are subject to availability.

Cancellation and Guarantee

The customer must advise AEM Academy Limited of a cancellation in writing before accessing any of the course material.

If a customer does not advise of a cancellation in writing before accessing the course material, the full course fee will be payable.

Personal Data

Any personal data supplied by the customer can be processed by Applied Emotional Mastery Limited and AEM Academy on the legal bases and for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
